Day 1 of Camp GiGi

Yesterday was a full day at camp. I tried to post last night, but fell asleep,
which should tell you just how tired we are at the end of the day.
We started out going to the community center to learn about animals from
a singing zoologist. He was great! And it was perfect since we are
learning about Noah's Ark this week.
A full day means lots of pictures...

Next we went to the Nature Center for a picnic lunch
and some good outdoor time.

GiGi talked to them about how Noah walked with God
and we too can walk with God. So then we walked/ran
on one of the trails.

We always try to take advantage of good photo spots.
But Micah was not too happy to be in a picture.

5 Little Campers

At the end of the trail was a creek.
And of course the boys had to get in and throw rocks.

After nap time we had some more outside fun!

The campers played a game of making sure only
two animals of each kind when into the ark.

We are sure glad we have one daddy here for wrestle time!

And of course some craft time.

And dinner in the dinning hall.

All the campers are having a great time!
