Muffins with Mom

Today was Muffins with Mom at Sam's preschool.
It was so fun to meet the other moms and the kiddos
that Sam talks about all the time.
Sam picked a chocolate with chocolate chips muffin top!
They were yummy!!!

I love you so much Sam!
And I am so proud to be your mommy!

Loading the container...

So today we cleaned out our garage...
We had all of Chris, Tonya, their teams things that needed
to be loaded in this huge container and shipped to Thailand.
Little did we know...the container stayed on the truck, the running truck,
and everything had to be lifted 5 feet into the container.
Thanks to two neighbors, Wes, his dad, and Curtis...they got the job done.

We hope it makes it all safe and sound to Thailand!

Happy Birthday Sir!!!

WE LOVE YOU!!!

Making Pizza

In case you didn't know,
the Fikes boys LOVE pizza!

So tonight they got to make their own pizza!

They thought it was so cool to make their own pizza.
Micah keep eating the cheese instead of putting it on his pizza.

My little chefs!

Time to dig in!

Rainy day at the zoo

We went to the zoo on Friday with some of our friends from church.
The weather was not the best, but the boys sure had fun!
And that is all that matters!

Labor Day

This morning we woke up bright and early and went for doughnuts. Oh how the boys love doughnuts!!! Of course the ones with sprinkles are the best!
Stopped on the way home to play at the park.
Still a little cool outside in the mornings,
I am so ready for fall!
Then decided to wash Wes' truck because it still had
the writing from his birthday on the windows.
The boys decided to help, they even washed their bikes and the driveway.
(Can't figure out how to turn my pictures today)

Then BeBop came over to go swimming with us for the last day at the pool.
The boys had a great time, they are sad that their is no more swimming
until next year. But it was fun all being together at the pool.
Then Wes had to go to work and we went out to BeBop and PopPop's for dinner.
It was a great with my boys!
Hope you had a great day too!

Good-Bye Weekend

Chris and Tonya are leaving for Thailand on Thursday, so we went to Kerrville to spend the weekend with them and say bye. But while we were there we were able to celebrate Teagan's 2nd birthday. He loves playing basketball, so that was the theme of the party.
Happy Birthday Teagan!

Sweet Esan Ray

GiGi and the kiddos

I would like to introduce Flat Sam and Flat Micah to you.
I was having the hardest time trying to decide what to give the boys
when they left for Thailand. Finally decided to make a Sam and Micah that they
could take with them. They turned out pretty cute. And the boys really liked the idea.

Being boys...

It was a good weekend. Many tears as we left...but we are very excited
for Chris and Tonya and their boys. Please continue to pray for them as
they fly out on Thursday from Dallas, especially that the boys have a good flight.

Chris, Tonya, Corban, Esan, and Teagan,
We love you very much!
We are so proud of you and
can't wait to hear about all your adventures!
