hey there! Shelby did go to preschool when the 2 years before she started K. She went 2 AM's a week while she was 3 and then 3 AM/wk when she was 4 years old. Kinder of course is 5 days/wk and 7 hour days, not sure that anything would have prepared us for that huge of a shift! : ) But preschool was a GREAT thing for my shy, mommy's girl, to learn about being in a class with a teacher, away from me!
