I am just warning you now...I took a TON of pictures!!!
We had the best time at Dinosaur World. As I have said several times, the boys...especially Sam, is very interested in dinosaurs. When we found this place online, we started planning our trip right away!

Welcome to Dinosaur World!
In fact, I think I am going to need my dino expert to help me write this post because I don't know all the names of the dinos that we saw and he knew almost all of them.
Dinosaur World has over 100 life size dinosaurs.
It all started with an Acrocanthosaurus.
It is one of the dinosaurs that made the tracks at the state park.
They had a great little play area where the kids would actually get on some of the dinosaurs.
They were not allowed to touch the other dinosaurs at the park.
Sam has been saying for months that he wants to be a paleontologist,
so he was very excited to dig for fossils.
And here we go on our walk to see the dinos! At each dinosaur they had a rock with a plaque telling you the name of the dino and facts about each dino. We would stop at each one and Wes (because I can't pronounce all their names correctly) would read the name and all the info on each dino. Sam, my little sponge, soaked up as much info about each one that he could.
The boys were great about stopping for pictures.
Here are the boys with the Euoplocephalus.
Sam knows most of the dinosaurs because he watches Dino Dan all the time!

but he is actually an Allosaurus.
Wes got the boys these camelbaks (we have the REI version).
They love being able to have their own backpack like Daddy.
And I don't have to carry water or cups for them!
Styracosaurus
It was pretty cool to see this one because Sam has one of these and we couldn't figure out the name of it in any of his books.

Sam was so funny. When he saw T-Rex, the King of the Dinosaurs,
he bowed down to him. He said we all needed to bow down to the King of the Dinosaurs.
Inside they had a really neat museum with real teeth, spines, and other different things from actual dinosaurs. And then a few dinos like this triceratops.
As you can tell, we had an awesome time at Dinosaur World!!!
Believe it or not...I left out about 20 or more pictures, that is how much we liked it!
Hope you get to visit sometime, it is worth it!
