Sam's Experiment

So one of Sam's sweet friends brought over a ton of balloons to help him feel better.
He LOVED his balloons. But last night as we were laying in bed he said that he wanted to do an experiment with his balloons. He wanted to see if he could make Micah's tent fly...like on the movie UP. So here are the pictures of some of the things we tried.
And please excuse the fact that I can't seem to figure out how to hold my camera or make the pictures turn the right way...it is so frustrating!

First try - Micah's tent: too heavy!

2nd try - potholder: success!

3rd try - Woody: too heavy

And the last success: Iron Man!!!

We also tried the remote to the TV and several other toys...but all of them were too heavy.

Then Sam came up with the best idea, I can't wait to do it...
He said that we could try a piece of paper and send a note to someone.
Then he decided that we could send notes to Uncle Austin in heaven. Isn't that the most precious thing? So we decided on Uncle Austin's birthday we will each pick out balloons and make cards and send them to Uncle Austin in heaven. I just LOVE the idea!
